Refund Policy

Reviewed annually. Career Pilot LLP (GSTIN: 23AAUFC2316B1ZX), operating as Aureve.

Please read this policy in full before purchasing. Career Pilot LLP operates a strict no-refund policy on all products and programmes, except for the Clarity Call deposit as described in §2.

All sales are final. No refund, credit, or exchange is provided after a purchase is completed — for any product, for any reason — except the Clarity Call deposit under the specific conditions below. This applies regardless of usage, progress, connectivity, or change of mind.

1. Policy by Product

Aureve Core — Elevation™ (full fee)

Payment reserves your cohort seat. No refund once payment is made.

Clarity Call Deposit (₹2,000)

Conditional

Refundable if you attend and do not enrol. See §2.

Aureve Shift — Recorded Programmes

Access granted on payment. No refund once access is provided.

Aureve Seeds — Digital Playbooks

Instant digital delivery. No refund after purchase.

Stakeholder Power Map

Advisory service. Work begins on intake. No refund once intake is received.

Aureve Enterprise

Per contract

Governed by the individual engagement agreement.

2. Clarity Call Deposit — Full Terms

Deposit is refunded when:

You attend the call and decide not to enrol — full ₹2,000 refunded within 7 business days
You attend and choose to enrol — ₹2,000 credited against the programme fee

Deposit is forfeited when:

You do not attend (no-show) — deposit forfeited in full
You cancel or reschedule without prior written approval — deposit forfeited
Reschedule request submitted after the call time — not considered; deposit forfeited

Rescheduling:

Not a right. Considered only in extreme emergency circumstances at CA. Sanket Jain's sole, final, and unappealable discretion.
Last-minute reschedules (within 24 hours) are not permitted except for a documented medical emergency requiring hospitalisation.
Requests must be submitted to hello@aureve.in before the scheduled call time.

3. Limitation of Liability

Career Pilot LLP's total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question. No liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss, to the maximum extent permitted by Indian law.

4. Why This Policy Exists

Digital products cannot be meaningfully returned. Cohort seats reserved for you have a real cost. Our programmes require sustained engagement to deliver results — a partial experience is not a fair test. We encourage you to review our full product descriptions, testimonials, and case studies before purchasing. Questions? Email communication@aureveconsulting.com before buying.

5. Technical Access Issues

If a technical failure on our end prevents access to content you have paid for, contact communication@aureveconsulting.com within 48 hours with your payment reference. We will resolve access failures promptly.

6. Duplicate Charges and Billing Errors

If charged more than once for the same order or charged an incorrect amount, email hello@aureve.in with your payment reference. We will correct verified errors promptly.

7. GST Invoices

All prices are GST-inclusive at 18%. Invoices issued under GSTIN 23AAUFC2316B1ZX. Invoice corrections must be requested within 7 days of purchase.

8. Governing Law

Governed by Indian law. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh, India.
