You Can Feel It
Even When You Can't Name It

These are not abstract office politics problems. These are Tuesday mornings.

"The meeting where your idea gets politely acknowledged — and then, ten minutes later, your senior restates it as their own. Everyone nods. You say nothing. You drive home wondering if you imagined it."

You didn't imagine it. You just don't know yet how to make it stop happening.

"Your manager calls you into a 1:1, says all the right things — 'you're doing great, we see your potential, just a little more time.' Three months later, someone with less experience and better visibility gets the promotion."

Feedback without strategy is just flattery that delays your frustration.

"There is one person on your stakeholder list — a peer, a skip-level, a gatekeeper you can't quite read — who seems to subtly undermine you. Not overtly. Just a comment here. A delayed response there. A conspicuous absence when you needed backing."

You can sense it. But without clarity on who they are and what they want, you're navigating blind.

"You work more hours than almost anyone around you. Your output is solid, your intentions are clear, your track record is real. And somehow, the next step keeps moving further away. You're beginning to suspect that the game is not about performance at all."

You're right. It isn't just about performance. It never was.

"The decision about your next role is happening in a room you're not in. There are people in that conversation who barely know your work. One or two who've formed opinions about you from a single interaction. You have no idea what they're saying — or who's saying it."

Every promotion decision is made in a room you're not in. The map tells you who to brief before that room convenes.

"You've been told to 'build better relationships with leadership.' Nobody explains what that means in practice, who specifically, how, or what to say. So you smile in the corridor, nod in all-hands, and hope something shifts."

Hope is not a stakeholder strategy. A personalised plan for each person is.

Is This For You?

A Word of Honesty

Not for you if...
  • You believe office politics is beneath you and refuse to engage with it strategically
  • You want a quick template to fill yourself — the value here is in the expert analysis, not the form
  • You expect specific career outcomes to be guaranteed — outcomes depend on your execution
  • You're not willing to be honest about how your stakeholders actually behave toward you
For you if...
  • You're ready for your next step and want to go in with clarity, not hope
  • You have at least one relationship at work that confuses or frustrates you
  • You've been told to 'build better stakeholder relationships' but never given a specific plan for how
  • You understand that the quality of your professional relationships directly determines the speed of your career

What Changed
After the Report

★★★★★

"I'd been trying to work around one particular senior for 8 months. The report named exactly what I had felt but couldn't articulate — and gave me a language for how to engage him. Two weeks later, he actively sponsored me in a meeting I wasn't even in."

Priya R.
Senior Manager, Financial Services · Mumbai
Results are individual and may vary.
★★★★★

"I thought I understood my stakeholders. This report showed me three things I was doing that were actively working against me — with people I thought were fine. The section on my skip-level alone was worth 10x the price."

Aditya K.
Product Lead, Technology · Bangalore
Results are individual and may vary.
★★★★★

"The intake form itself was a revelation — just answering the questions made me see patterns I had completely missed. The report then gave me a specific plan. I used the engagement strategy for my manager and had the most productive 1:1 of my career within a week."

Sneha M.
Associate Director, Consulting · Delhi NCR

Every Stakeholder Power Map is built by me, personally. I read every intake response. I analyse every person you describe. I write every engagement strategy.

I developed The Transactions Model from years of work with professionals navigating complex organisations — drawing on Transactional Analysis, political intelligence, and behavioural frameworks. The Map applies it specifically to the people in your world.

You bring the people. I bring the analysis. What you do with it is entirely up to you — but you will no longer be guessing.

Questions

Frequently Asked

The intake form asks 20 structured questions per stakeholder — covering their role, relationship to you, decision-making style, behaviour under pressure, communication preferences, what they value, what triggers them, and more. For each stakeholder, expect around 5–8 minutes of honest reflection. The more specific you are, the more precise the report.
Up to 20 stakeholders. Most buyers include 5–12. You can prioritise the people who matter most to your current goal — a promotion, a project approval, a difficult relationship you need to repair, or someone blocking your path forward.
Yes. Everything you share is treated with complete confidentiality. Your intake responses, the names and descriptions of your stakeholders, and the final report are handled only by CA. Sanket Jain and are not shared with any third party. You may choose to use initials or pseudonyms for stakeholders if you prefer.
Given the personalised nature of this service — each report is built from scratch based on your inputs — we do not offer refunds on completed reports. If you feel something in the report is unclear or doesn't fully address a stakeholder, write to hello@aureve.in and CA. Sanket Jain will review and respond.
The Transactions Model is a behavioural framework developed by CA. Sanket Jain, drawn from Transactional Analysis. It identifies the ego states, relational patterns, and psychological drivers that shape how people communicate, make decisions, exercise power, and respond to challenge — at work. It is the analytical lens applied to every stakeholder in your report.
Yes. The framework applies to professional relationships in any organisational context. Several past buyers are based in Singapore, the UAE, the UK, and the US. The dynamics of stakeholder politics, ego states, and behavioural patterns are not geography-specific.
The Decision
